Picture quality in 46" sony bravia with airtel DTH connection?

Hi. I recently bought sony bravia 46" v series and get connection with airtel digital DTH. I have got signal strength about 60% and signal quality 100%. Picture lacks sharpness and some channels are blurry. Do you guys have any idea where the problem lies? Is it the TV or the connection. I had impression that picture with dth connection should be DVD quality.
