Default Is it true that the sun in Australia is the most hottest?

Because of the hole in the ozone layer.

I mean, say you sit in the Californian sun in summer, would you burn as bad if you were sitting in the sun in the Australian summer (say, Sydney's summer)? In other words, is the Australian sun more hotter and harmful than other places in the Earth?
